We begin with a 30-minute consultation to chart the shape of your trip, then hand you everything you need to book it yourself with confidence — transportation, lodging, and destination recommendations, along with a detailed expense breakdown so you know exactly what to expect before you commit.

For travelers who want the entire trip planned, booked, and supported — from the first reservation to the last mile home.
An expedition is more than a direction — it's the complete trek: fully planned, fully equipped, flawlessly executed. The Expedition takes everything from The Waypoint a step further, with rich detail on flights and airports, car rentals, destination guides, restaurant recommendations, and packing lists curated specifically for you. Every Expedition also comes with its own Signature Travel Guide — a keepsake companion to your digital itinerary — and our support from the moment you book until the moment you return home.

Our highest level of service — a dedicated travel concierge, on-site with you, for the entire trip.
A voyage isn't traveled alone. The Voyage is our white-glove, concierge-level service: I travel with you and manage your trip in real time, on the ground, for the full journey. Every detail is handled as it happens and adjusted the moment your plans do — last-minute activity and dining reservations, any issues that come up, and anything else you need along the way. This is The Expedition's complete planning and preparation, paired with a dedicated concierge by your side from departure to return.

Just need a flight?
Sometimes all you need is the flight booked right. For $75 per person, we'll find and book your flights — then keep watching them for you. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, we're already on it, working to get you rebooked and back on track.
