At the conclusion of your complimentary 30-minute travel style consultation, we will collect a $150 research and planning fee (per adult traveler) to begin creating your dream vacation. After research has concluded a custom quote will be emailed to you for your review with the following information:

All costs associated with your proposed trip
After we have discussed the details of the quote, and everything is arranged to your satisfaction, we will book your vacation and provide you with all the confirmations and travel documents necessary for your trip.
Basic Travel Planning $300/Travel Week
If you are just looking for someone to plan your trip and make suggestion about all facets of our vacation yet still want to handle all the reservations yourself, we can do that as well. Once your initial travel consultation is completed, work will begin on researching your trip. The basic travel plan will include a detailed travel itinerary outlining all aspects of your vacation including the following:

$2,000/Travel Week*
Are you looking for someone to travel with you and coordinate all aspects of your vacation? Take advantage of our Concierge Service. With this White Glove Service you can expect:

All travel arrangements made and managed by your personal concierge.

All activities coordinated by your travel concierge.

Personal Travel Guide for the duration of your trip who will greet you on day 1 and say farewell on the last day of your trip.
